Is this the same as the Befriending Your Parts course/program?

This is a focused mini-course specifically for your Inner Critic. If you’re new, it’s a great starting point. I always recommend the BYP for full transformation healing when it comes to shame, the inner critic and being stuck in survival mode. This is an amazing place to start.
